Finance & Operations Processes. Simplified 

I spent my early career being trained in finance and Six Sigma by GE.  Over the years, I've worked for Home Depot Corporate, ADP, DXC Technology and also private equity ventures honing my skills and learning new things.  At some point, I stopped and took stock of my professional experience.  I thought about the work that I  found particularly satisfying and rewarding and realized this:  I have a singular passion for improving processes and developing the skills of those around me.  Therefore, I decided to do what I am best at and decide to build my own consulting practice and help as many companies as possible achieve their potential.

My goal: Helping my clients simplify and standardize their processes and drive efficiencies to the point where they don’t need me anymore and may even be able to reduce or reallocate headcount/resources to new, profitable business segments.  I want improve your cash flow and profitability.  This is below the line help.

It’s exciting to enter into a new company and identify processes that need to be modified, revamped or eliminated.  The best part is working with those teams to “extract” their great ideas and transform them into actionable plans.  I believe that technical knowledge is a must to drive sustainable, profitable change.  However, effective communication and emotional intelligence are critical when working with individuals and teams.  I have both.
